Record of Site Condition

Record of Site ConditionDST has extensive experience with the revitalization of contaminated sites to assist redevelopment of brownfield properties, land rezoning or property transfers. Following the assessment or cleanup of a contaminated site, DST can prepare a Record of Site Condition (RSC) which meets legislative and liability requirements, including posting the RSC to the public registry. An RSC is normally prepared following the completion of a detailed site assessment of soil, groundwater, and sediment conditions, or verification of a remediation program. Some RSCs will also involve the undertaking of a risk assessment to address any hazardous contaminants remaining on the property. An RSC can facilitate the management of the liability and risks associated with contaminated site redevelopment.
