Environmental Impact Assessments & Environmental Assessments

Environmental Impact Assessments and Environmental AssessmentsDST has prepared over a hundred environmental impact assessments and environmental assessments for projects across Canada. We prepare Municipal Class Environmental Assessments, Provincial Class Environmental Assessments, Canadian Environmental Assessments (CEAA), and Environmental Impact Assessments. Assessments that we have undertaken range from small scale routine Class EA filings to large scale, complex environmental impact assessments for major projects. We specialize in assessment services for greenfield development, construction, demolition, roadwork, and mining. DST is experienced at all aspects of the environmental assessment process including public consultation and circulation, public information sessions, historical research, evaluation of habitats and wildlife impacts, design of mitigation measures, compliance with municipal, provincial, and federal environmental laws, and agency consultation.
