DST has extensive experience with the revitalization of contaminated sites to assist redevelopment of brownfield properties, land rezoning or property transfers. Following the assessment or cleanup of a contaminated site, DST can prepare a Record of Site Condition (RSC) which meets legislative and liability requirements, including posting the RSC to the public registry.
