The management of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) within facilities and workplaces is a regulatory compliance issue that can also impact health, safety, production, and the environment. The unexpected discovery of asbestos, either by accidental disturbance or during a renovation or demolition, can dramatically impact schedule, production, and ultimately the bottom line.
