DST Welcomes Ed Collins To The team!

We are proud to welcome Edmond Collins as our Manager of Indigenous Relations responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with indigenous community partners, implementing indigenous engagement strategies, and helping us nurture inclusion throughout our organization.   

After receiving his diploma from Confederation College in Thunder Bay, Edmond worked at Fort William First Nation as Manger of Economic Development for many years where he went on to receive the Designated Professional Level Aboriginal Economic Development (PAED) Certification through the Council for the Advancement of Native Development Officers (CANDO).  Through his career he has sat on numerous boards including the present Presidents Advisory Council on Economic Development – Lakehead University, the Ontario First Nations Economic Development Association as well as Vice president as Council for the Advancement of Native Development Officers (CANDO).

Edmond is a life-long member and resident of Fort William First Nation in northwestern Ontario.
