(LRD) bioremediation technique

Bioremediation is a proven method of environmental clean-up that uses a soil treatment which puts micro-organisms to work, effectively destroying the contaminants. The process is controlled by maintaining the organism's temperature and nutrients.

Utilizing our portable bioremediation unit (LRD) in a case study, DST reduced total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) from 11,800 ppm to less than 100 ppm in 28 days. Bioreactor conditions remained constant even though outside temperatures dropped below -20 deg. C.
