Environmental Sector Head

• Develop, implement, and meet annual budgets;
• Manage financial performance and accounts receivables;
• Review monthly financial performance;
• Personally approve proposals < $10,000.00 in value; and
• Approve requisitions for billable project expenditures < $50,000.00 in value.

• Provide input into Sector Marketing Plan;
• Encourage Marketing by all staff within group;
• Ensure timely submission of accurate inter-sector invoices; and 
• Co-operate with other Sectors as measured by:

• Loaning/borrowing staff

• Conduct performance appraisals (minimum annually) for all members of your group;

• Ensure staff are adequately instructed in Health & Safety Knowledge, Training and experience;

Entry Level GIS Specialist

DST Consulting Engineers Inc. has an opening for a full time entry level GIS Specialist at our Thunder Bay office.

Qualification:
A degree or a diploma in GIS or a related field
A minimum 3 years’ GIS experience with ArcGIS
Working knowledge of ArcGIS Spatial Analyst
GIS data management skills
Good cartographic skills
Previous experience with 3D Analyst Extension, Autodesk Civil3D, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Paint Shop Pro, CorelDraw would be a definite asset.
